Special Health Considerations
For your own safety, please inform our receptionist prior to treatment your medical conditions or health concerns including pregnancy and chronic illness.

It is vital to inform us if you have any of the following conditions: dizziness, fever, or allergies. Alcohol is not to be drunk before the massage. We also recommend that heavy meal should be avoided before or immediately after your treatment.

If you feel uncomfortable at any time during your treatment, immediately ask the therapist to stop and inform the receptionist.

 


 

Mobile Phone
As a courtesy to other spa guests, please silent your mobile phone as well as other electronic devices and speaking softly while relaxing in the spa.

Valuables and Belongings
We recommend that you do not bring valuables into spa, however, lockers are provided on the first floor. While we aim to look after your belongings, we cannot assume liability for valuables.

Rescheduling / Cancellation
We appreciate that plans can change. Please give us a minimum of five hours’ notice. Rescheduling of appointment is subject to space availability. Late arriving appointments cannot be guaranteed of a service time slot. Late arrivals may be subjected to reduced treatment time or given away to a standby client. Simply give us a call as soon as possible.


Operating Hours
Spa opens daily from 10:00 – 22:00hrs. Our last booking is at 20.45hrs.
